  • What's the different between honor class and AP class?

  • i think credit for AP class can count as college credit .. n honor class doesnt have that ...

  • gpa count for ap = 5 plus it prepare u for college and the AP exam .. once you pass the AP exam on that subject, you don't have to take the class again in college ... save u lots of money ..
    btw those who takes ap classes will get a bit higher chance of receiving scholarships from uni Laugh

  • I think ng` nào có honor classes thì smart á Giggling hok fãi giỏi lắm but có high GPA vã lại họ đẻ ở đây..còn mình english lo chưa xong nên mĩn bàn, yeah save ma` con`đc nhìu scholarships nữa ... .còn AP class thì noá tính điểm choa mình đú credit để graduate ....hehhee ...theo HS thì như thế ...idk ..i guess ..chịn nhỏ với họ mà, fãi học theo required của noá ...ví dụ mình fãi take mấy năm lớp gì, lớp gì zị đoá ...heheh i dont think this is help ..arg ..watever ...y3u cũn hok rõ lém hihi

    yes you can take AP classes as a freshman
    i think that they allow freshman to take Biology AP if they had already taken IPC in 8th grade

    and here's a list of mandatory classes that you're required to take for HS

    FRESHMAN:
    either IPC or Biology (if you took IPC in 8th grade then you take Biology)
    Algebra 1 or Geometry...only if you took Algebra 1 in 8th grade
    English 1
    World Geography
    Healthy or PE or Art (you can only pick one)
    a Foreign language

    in my school we have to take 7 classes a day, not sure about yours

    SOPHOMORE:
    Biology (if you dídn't take it in 9th grade)
    Chemistry (if you took Biology in 9th grade)
    Geometry ( if you didn't take it in 9th grade)
    or Algebra 2
    English 2
    World History (this also have AP)
    Health/Art/PE (you need at least 1.5 credits for PE)
    Foreign Language (you need at least 2 years, but most colleges prefer 3 yrs of foreign language)

    JUNIOR:
    Chemistry (if you took biology in 10th grade)
    Algebra 2 (if you took geometry in 10th grade)
    PRe-cal (if you already took algebra 2 in 10th grade)
    College Algebra (not sure if your school has this but we do..you either take Pre-Cal or College Algebra...or both..depends on how you plan your schedule)
    English 3 (only english class that has AP)
    US History (has AP classes if you choose to take it)
    an elective class to complete your schedule..
    you can pick from PE, Art, Band, Health, or another foreign language

    SENIOR (you can have early release and take 4 classes a day instead of 6)
    Calculus (elective..only if you want to take it)
    Anatomy/Psychology/Physics (i think most school makes you take 4 science credits now...so i recomend you pick another science class)
    Government/Economic
    English 4 (this have AP & Duel Credit)
    and some electives...again..your choice..

  • you should take SAT or ACT test ...

    Apply for college ... transfer ur transcript ...

  • =)) má mì ơi =)) honor class / AP classes .. tưởng thông minh sao =)) ngố xi đần đó nha =)) lên college thì have fun, drinking, partying .. mai mốt ra làm chủ tiệm nails / phở là okay gòi .. còn đòi hói gì nữa chứ =)) =)) Laugh of loud Laugh of loud Laugh of loud
