• Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (or Sailor Moon for short) and Sailor V was created by Naoko Takeuchi. Interestingly, she is the wife of another famous mangaka, Yoshihiro Togashi, author of Yu Yu Hakusho and Hunter X Hunter. The main plot is about magical girls fighting against evil force to defend the Solar system.
  
  Sailor V: created before Sailor Moon, the main character is Salor Venus (also appears in Sailor Moon series).
  
  Sailor Moon: Because of the popularity of Sailor V, Naoko Takeuchi decided to create new series called Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, more known as Sailor Moon. Once again, due to the popularity and persuasion of the publisher, she created two more series which are later published in English under the names Sailor Moon SuperS and Sailor Moon StarS.
  
  I intend to post either Sailor V or Sailor Moon (just one, not both). Let me know what you prefer.

  It stands for Sailor Venus. It is the prequel of Sailor Moon.
