• OK interesting question let me give it a try.. Usually when a person being quiet there quite a lot of reason y....ex.. maybe that person dónt want to hurt your feeling...That person still comfuse, it like between.... or that person like u but just too shy to say it too. Hum last that maybe that person afraid to get hurt. But usually the shy things never happen if a person already tell u the truth how they feeling then if u like them too y would u say NỌ Right? If the person hesistate sometime it could mean they comfuse so u should try to give them some space, maybe they think it to quick to except. Ok usually it just đepen on what kind of personality does the person u like have. And they will give different answer...
